Choose your home model and options
Start your project by clarifying your basic living needs. We're sure you know what you and/or your family need to live comfortably.
During the initial conversation, we'll figure out what kind of home and equipment is best for you.
You can choose between homes of different sizes, with different numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll also be able to choose how finished the home is, different equipment options and design options.

Check the property (your plot of land)
Based on the current building plan, we can see if your site is suitable for the chosen modular home.
As our houses are delivered to the site using a low loader lorry, we also check the route.

Apply for a building permit
We will make you a quotation tailored to your equipment requirements. We will then help you, together with the architect of your choice, to obtain a building permit.
The pre-sale contract for your modular home concluded before this will only come into effect when the building permit has been approved. This fixes the technology, model and equipment of the house and regulates all conditions to ensure the safety of your project.

Delivery and assembly
In order for your modular house to be put into operation properly, water, sewerage and electricity as well as the foundation must be prepared in accordance with the foundation plan before the house is handed over.
For transport, a freight forwarding company is booked to deliver the modular house to the desired installation site. The house is then unloaded and installed using a pre-ordered crane.
